Hey Andy, I have been Following your Beginner powerlifting program for quite some time domanian gained a lot of strength from it. Should I chose the one of the percentage range as per how I feel that day and during my warmup set? So, if you are a high-bar squatter, perform one of the other variants on day 1.
I understand that week 3 would essentially have me doing heavy singles, but not sure if I would do another day of singles during the next week with a reduced load, and reduced sets? Right now I am still a novice lifter, using a linear progress model on 3 days a week, but as I slowly graduate into an intermediate, I start to think about what I am doing next. Should we stick to the rpe throughout the whole exercise or to the reps? So if for example I did 7 reps for an rpe of 8 on the first set, the second set should I focus on the 7 reps and the rpe goes up, or do I stick to the rpe and maybe do less reps to meet the same rpe?

This time I used smoked bacon. I know some people avoid making their own cabbage rolls because they assume this type of recipe is complicated. Just look at these ingredients!
This recipe is super easy to prepare. Make a day of it and invite some friends and family to help! Using sour cabbage is what sets Romanian cabbage rolls apart from the rest. It tastes just like how we used to eat it when I was a kid. The sour cabbage makes all the difference; without the kraut, stuffed cabbage can be too sweet. This has tang and acid in a perfect blend. If you have to use plain, old cabbage, if you put shredded sauerkraut, and plenty of it in layers, on the bottom, in between layers and on top, it helps with the taste. You can also order it from amazon as well. Or you could use fresh cabbage instead of sour cabbage, but more work is required.
You first have to blanch the cabbage. To do so, core the cabbage first, one large cabbage should be enough for this recipe. In a large pot of boiling slated water, add the cabbage and blanch it for 5 to 8 minutes or until leaves are softened.

Add the rice and cook for another minute. In a large bowl, add the ground pork, salt, pepper, parsley, dill and the onion and rice mixture.

Repeat with all the remaining meat and cabbage. If you have any cabbage left over, chop it up and spread it over the bottom of a big pot.
Put all the rolls in the pot, add the chopped bacon in between the cabbage rolls and add the tomato juice over the rolls. Add more water if needed, the juice should cover the cabbage rolls entirely. Cover the pot with aluminum foil or a lid. Serve hot with a bit of sour cream on top and with a side of polenta. Recipe Notes I usually find sour cabbage leaves at my local grocery store like Sobey's or Safeway, but you can also find them at European markets.

Another alternative to softening the cabbage leaves is to wrap it in plastic wrap and freeze it for a couple days. Remove the cabbage from the freezer and thaw it out at room temperature. Once the cabbage has thawed out, the leaves should be softened. Recipe yields about 20 cabbage rolls, depends on the size of your rolls.
